Thank you for shopping at Daily Pet Store. We are dedicated to getting your pet supplies to you as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be slightly delayed. If any significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Actual delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Typically, after processing, standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
Daily Pet Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Save all original packaging and damaged goods before doing so.
